当求雨于耶和华 | Ask the Lord for rain |
1“当春雨的时候，你们要向发闪电的耶和华求雨，他必为众人降下甘霖，使田园生长菜蔬。 | 1Ask ye of the LORD rain in the time of the latter rain; so the LORD shall make bright clouds, and give them showers of rain, to every one grass in the field. |
2因为家神所言的是虚空，卜士所见的是虚假，做梦者所说的是假梦。他们白白地安慰人，所以众人如羊流离，因无牧人就受苦。 | 2For the idols have spoken vanity, and the diviners have seen a lie, and have told false dreams; they comfort in vain: therefore they went their way as a flock, they were troubled, because there was no shepherd. |
3我的怒气向牧人发作，我必惩罚公山羊，因我万军之耶和华眷顾自己的羊群，就是犹大家，必使他们如骏马在阵上。 | 3Mine anger was kindled against the shepherds, and I punished the goats: for the LORD of hosts hath visited his flock the house of Judah, and hath made them as his goodly horse in the battle. |
4房角石、钉子、争战的弓和一切掌权的都从他而出。 | 4Out of him came forth the corner, out of him the nail, out of him the battle bow, out of him every oppressor together. |
5他们必如勇士，在阵上将仇敌践踏在街上的泥土中。他们必争战，因为耶和华与他们同在，骑马的也必羞愧。 | 5And they shall be as mighty men, which tread down their enemies in the mire of the streets in the battle: and they shall fight, because the LORD is with them, and the riders on horses shall be confounded. |
主必拯其民使返故土 | The Lord will save his people and bring them back to their homeland |
6“我要坚固犹大家，拯救约瑟家，要领他们归回。我要怜恤他们，他们必像未曾弃绝的一样。都因我是耶和华他们的神，我必应允他们的祷告。 | 6And I will strengthen the house of Judah, and I will save the house of Joseph, and I will bring them again to place them; for I have mercy upon them: and they shall be as though I had not cast them off: for I am the LORD their God, and will hear them. |
7以法莲人必如勇士，他们心中畅快如同喝酒。他们的儿女必看见而快活，他们的心必因耶和华喜乐。 | 7And they of Ephraim shall be like a mighty man, and their heart shall rejoice as through wine: yea, their children shall see it, and be glad; their heart shall rejoice in the LORD. |
8“我要发咝声，聚集他们，因我已经救赎他们。他们的人数必加增，如从前加增一样。 | 8I will hiss for them, and gather them; for I have redeemed them: and they shall increase as they have increased. |
9我虽然播散他们在列国中，他们必在远方记念我。他们与儿女都必存活，且得归回。 | 9And I will sow them among the people: and they shall remember me in far countries; and they shall live with their children, and turn again. |
10我必再领他们出埃及地，招聚他们出亚述，领他们到基列和黎巴嫩，这地尚且不够他们居住。 | 10I will bring them again also out of the land of Egypt, and gather them out of Assyria; and I will bring them into the land of Gilead and Lebanon; and place shall not be found for them. |
11耶和华必经过苦海，击打海浪，使尼罗河的深处都枯干。亚述的骄傲必致卑微，埃及的权柄必然灭没。 | 11And he shall pass through the sea with affliction, and shall smite the waves in the sea, and all the deeps of the river shall dry up: and the pride of Assyria shall be brought down, and the sceptre of Egypt shall depart away. |
12我必使他们倚靠我得以坚固，一举一动必奉我的名。这是耶和华说的。” | 12And I will strengthen them in the LORD; and they shall walk up and down in his name, saith the LORD. |
