1神啊，我们称谢你，我们称谢你！因为你的名相近，人都述说你奇妙的作为。 | 1Unto thee, O God, do we give thanks, unto thee do we give thanks: for that thy name is near thy wondrous works declare. |
2“我到了所定的日期，必按正直施行审判。 | 2When I shall receive the congregation I will judge uprightly. |
3地和其上的居民都消化了，我曾立了地的柱子。(细拉) | 3The earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved: I bear up the pillars of it. Selah. |
4我对狂傲人说：‘不要行事狂傲！’ 对凶恶人说：‘不要举角， | 4I said unto the fools, Deal not foolishly: and to the wicked, Lift not up the horn: |
5不要把你们的角高举，不要挺着颈项说话！’” | 5Lift not up your horn on high: speak not with a stiff neck. |
6因为高举非从东，非从西，也非从南而来； | 6For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. |
7唯有神断定，他使这人降卑，使那人升高。 | 7But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another. |
8耶和华手里有杯，其中的酒起沫，杯内满了掺杂的酒。他倒出来，地上的恶人必都喝这酒的渣滓，而且喝尽。 | 8For in the hand of the LORD there is a cup, and the wine is red; it is full of mixture; and he poureth out of the same: but the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall wring them out, and drink them. |
9但我要宣扬，直到永远，我要歌颂雅各的神。 | 9But I will declare for ever; I will sing praises to the God of Jacob. |
10“恶人一切的角，我要砍断；唯有义人的角，必被高举。” | 10All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted. |
