1神是我们的避难所，是我们的力量，是我们在患难中随时的帮助。 | 1God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. |
2所以地虽改变，山虽摇动到海心， | 2Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; |
3其中的水虽砰訇翻腾，山虽因海涨而战抖，我们也不害怕。(细拉) | 3Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah. |
4有一道河，这河的分汊使神的城欢喜，这城就是至高者居住的圣所。 | 4There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High. |
5神在其中，城必不动摇，到天一亮，神必帮助这城。 | 5God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early. |
6外邦喧嚷，列国动摇，神发声，地便熔化。 | 6The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted. |
7万军之耶和华与我们同在，雅各的神是我们的避难所。(细拉) | 7The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah. |
8你们来看耶和华的作为，看他使地怎样荒凉。 | 8Come, behold the works of the LORD, what desolations he hath made in the earth. |
9他止息刀兵，直到地极；他折弓断枪，把战车焚烧在火中。 | 9He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire. |
10你们要休息，要知道我是神！我必在外邦中被尊崇，在遍地上也被尊崇。 | 10Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth. |
11万军之耶和华与我们同在，雅各的神是我们的避难所。 | 11The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah. |
