0大卫的诗，交于伶长。 | To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David. |
1我曾耐性等候耶和华，他垂听我的呼求。 | 1I waited patiently for the LORD; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry. |
2他从祸坑里，从淤泥中，把我拉上来，使我的脚立在磐石上，使我脚步稳当。 | 2He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings. |
3他使我口唱新歌，就是赞美我们神的话。许多人必看见而惧怕，并要倚靠耶和华。 | 3And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the LORD. |
4那倚靠耶和华，不理会狂傲和偏向虚假之辈的，这人便为有福！ | 4Blessed is that man that maketh the LORD his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies. |
5耶和华我的神啊，你所行的奇事，并你向我们所怀的意念甚多，不能向你陈明。若要陈明，其事不可胜数。 | 5Many, O LORD my God, are thy wonderful works which thou hast done, and thy thoughts which are to us-ward: they cannot be reckoned up in order unto thee: if I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered. |
6祭物和礼物你不喜悦，你已经开通我的耳朵，燔祭和赎罪祭非你所要。 | 6Sacrifice and offering thou didst not desire; mine ears hast thou opened: burnt offering and sin offering hast thou not required. |
7那时我说：“看哪，我来了，我的事在经卷上已经记载了。 | 7Then said I, Lo, I come: in the volume of the book it is written of me, |
8我的神啊，我乐意照你的旨意行，你的律法在我心里。” | 8I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart. |
9我在大会中宣传公义的佳音，我必不止住我的嘴唇，耶和华啊，这是你所知道的。 | 9I have preached righteousness in the great congregation: lo, I have not refrained my lips, O LORD, thou knowest. |
10我未曾把你的公义藏在心里，我已陈明你的信实和你的救恩，我在大会中未曾隐瞒你的慈爱和诚实。 | 10I have not hid thy righteousness within my heart; I have declared thy faithfulness and thy salvation: I have not concealed thy lovingkindness and thy truth from the great congregation. |
11耶和华啊，求你不要向我止住你的慈悲，愿你的慈爱和诚实常常保佑我。 | 11Withhold not thou thy tender mercies from me, O LORD: let thy lovingkindness and thy truth continually preserve me. |
12因有无数的祸患围困我，我的罪孽追上了我，使我不能昂首。这罪孽比我的头发还多，我就心寒胆战。 | 12For innumerable evils have compassed me about: mine iniquities have taken hold upon me, so that I am not able to look up; they are more than the hairs of mine head: therefore my heart faileth me. |
13耶和华啊，求你开恩搭救我！耶和华啊，求你速速帮助我！ | 13Be pleased, O LORD, to deliver me: O LORD, make haste to help me. |
14愿那些寻找我要灭我命的一同抱愧蒙羞，愿那些喜悦我受害的退后受辱。 | 14Let them be ashamed and confounded together that seek after my soul to destroy it; let them be driven backward and put to shame that wish me evil. |
15愿那些对我说 “啊哈！啊哈！” 的，因羞愧而败亡。 | 15Let them be desolate for a reward of their shame that say unto me, Aha, aha. |
16愿一切寻求你的因你高兴欢喜，愿那些喜爱你救恩的常说：“当尊耶和华为大！” | 16Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: let such as love thy salvation say continually, The LORD be magnified. |
17但我是困苦穷乏的，主仍顾念我。你是帮助我的，搭救我的，神啊，求你不要耽延！ | 17But I am poor and needy; yet the Lord thinketh upon me: thou art my help and my deliverer; make no tarrying, O my God. |
