0大卫的训诲诗。 | A Psalm of David, Maschil. |
1得赦免其过、遮盖其罪的，这人是有福的！ | 1Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered. |
2凡心里没有诡诈，耶和华不算为有罪的，这人是有福的！ | 2Blessed is the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile. |
3我闭口不认罪的时候，因终日唉哼而骨头枯干。 | 3When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long. |
4黑夜白日，你的手在我身上沉重，我的精液耗尽，如同夏天的干旱。(细拉) | 4For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is turned into the drought of summer. Selah. |
5我向你陈明我的罪，不隐瞒我的恶。我说 “我要向耶和华承认我的过犯”，你就赦免我的罪恶。(细拉) | 5I acknowledged my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the LORD; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah. |
6为此，凡虔诚人都当趁你可寻找的时候祷告你，大水泛溢的时候，必不能到他那里。 | 6For this shall every one that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found: surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come nigh unto him. |
7你是我藏身之处，你必保佑我脱离苦难，以得救的乐歌四面环绕我。(细拉) | 7Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah. |
倚恃耶和华者必得慈爱 | He who trusts in the Lord will find mercy |
8我要教导你，指示你当行的路，我要定睛在你身上劝诫你。 | 8I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye. |
9你不可像那无知的骡马，必用嚼环辔头勒住它，不然就不能驯服。 | 9Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near unto thee. |
10恶人必多受苦楚，唯独倚靠耶和华的，必有慈爱四面环绕他。 | 10Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusteth in the LORD, mercy shall compass him about. |
11你们义人应当靠耶和华欢喜快乐，你们心里正直的人都当欢呼！ | 11Be glad in the LORD, and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart. |
