1耶和华啊，我曾求告你，求你快快临到我这里！我求告你的时候，愿你留心听我的声音。 | 1LORD, I cry unto thee: make haste unto me; give ear unto my voice, when I cry unto thee. |
2愿我的祷告如香陈列在你面前，愿我举手祈求，如献晚祭。 | 2Let my prayer be set forth before thee as incense; and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice. |
3耶和华啊，求你禁止我的口，把守我的嘴。 | 3Set a watch, O LORD, before my mouth; keep the door of my lips. |
4求你不叫我的心偏向邪恶，以致我和作孽的人同行恶事，也不叫我吃他们的美食。 | 4Incline not my heart to any evil thing, to practise wicked works with men that work iniquity: and let me not eat of their dainties. |
5任凭义人击打我，这算为仁慈，任凭他责备我，这算为头上的膏油，我的头不要躲闪。正在他们行恶的时候，我仍要祈祷。 | 5Let the righteous smite me; it shall be a kindness: and let him reprove me; it shall be an excellent oil, which shall not break my head: for yet my prayer also shall be in their calamities. |
6他们的审判官被扔在岩下，众人要听我的话，因为这话甘甜。 | 6When their judges are overthrown in stony places, they shall hear my words; for they are sweet. |
7我们的骨头散在墓旁，好像人耕田刨地的土块。 | 7Our bones are scattered at the grave's mouth, as when one cutteth and cleaveth wood upon the earth. |
8主耶和华啊，我的眼目仰望你。我投靠你，求你不要将我撇得孤苦。 | 8But mine eyes are unto thee, O GOD the Lord: in thee is my trust; leave not my soul destitute. |
9求你保护我脱离恶人为我设的网罗，和作孽之人的圈套。 | 9Keep me from the snares which they have laid for me, and the gins of the workers of iniquity. |
10愿恶人落在自己的网里，我却得以逃脱。 | 10Let the wicked fall into their own nets, whilst that I withal escape. |
