0上行之诗。 | A Song of degrees. |
1以色列当说：“从我幼年以来，敌人屡次苦害我。 | 1Many a time have they afflicted me from my youth, may Israel now say: |
2从我幼年以来，敌人屡次苦害我，却没有胜了我。 | 2Many a time have they afflicted me from my youth: yet they have not prevailed against me. |
3如同扶犁的在我背上扶犁而耕，耕的犁沟甚长。” | 3The plowers plowed upon my back: they made long their furrows. |
4耶和华是公义的，他砍断了恶人的绳索。 | 4The LORD is righteous: he hath cut asunder the cords of the wicked. |
5愿恨恶锡安的都蒙羞退后！ | 5Let them all be confounded and turned back that hate Zion. |
6愿他们像房顶上的草，未长成而枯干， | 6Let them be as the grass upon the housetops, which withereth afore it groweth up: |
7收割的不够一把，捆禾的也不满怀， | 7Wherewith the mower filleth not his hand; nor he that bindeth sheaves his bosom. |
8过路的也不说：“愿耶和华所赐的福归于你们，我们奉耶和华的名给你们祝福！” | 8Neither do they which go by say, The blessing of the LORD be upon you: we bless you in the name of the LORD. |
