0上行之诗。 | A Song of degrees. |
1我要向山举目。我的帮助从何而来？ | 1I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. |
2我的帮助从造天地的耶和华而来。 | 2My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth. |
3他必不叫你的脚摇动，保护你的必不打盹。 | 3He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber. |
4保护以色列的也不打盹，也不睡觉。 | 4Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. |
5保护你的是耶和华，耶和华在你右边荫庇你。 | 5The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand. |
6白日，太阳必不伤你；夜间，月亮必不害你。 | 6The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night. |
7耶和华要保护你免受一切的灾害，他要保护你的性命。 | 7The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. |
8你出你入，耶和华要保护你，从今时直到永远。 | 8The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore. |
